Through the quote and dealer forms we process your full name, phone number, email address, company name, city and the content of your message. The website collects no other personal data and uses no third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

Your data is processed to answer quote requests, evaluate dealer applications, carry out order and shipping processes, communicate with you and fulfil legal obligations.

Legal basis
Processing is based on Article 5 of the KVKK: necessity for the conclusion or performance of a contract, the legitimate interest of the data controller, and the explicit consent you give when submitting a form.

Transfers
Your data is shared only with our hosting and email providers, with courier companies for shipping, and with authorised public bodies where legally required. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention
Your data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the retention periods set by law; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction, ask for these actions to be notified to recipients, object to a result produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage.
